		<description>Ha, this reminded me of a story my sig. oth. just told me -- he was serving thanksgiving dinner to some friends, and one of them had given him relentless crap about needing to cut fat from his diet, so he tried cooking the turkey without the skin. Uh, this was a mistake. The bird came out soft and doughy and absolutely inedible. (Something about your suggestion to cook it in the wrapper reminded me of this...)</description>
