Change is Good!

When I started this site I just threw my interests into a pile in the middle of the site and called it good. After a while I cleaned things up and sorted them out into less disorganized piles of ideas. Anyway, this wasn’t going to be a history lesson about this site, I changed things a bit.

It seems that food was the most popular subject on here, so this site will deal mostly with food topics. All kinds of food topics. Information, stories, and recipes. There are other places for the other interests I have.

There will also be posts by contributors. People who, in many instances, know more and different aspects of cooking than I do. I heard that sigh of relief. Originally this was going to be a mass of my various interests but I thought it better to have a mass of information from various sources on one topic, though broad it is.

Therefore the name had to go, since to my sorrow , it is not just about me. I hope to have interesting and useful information to share, written in a way that isn’t to boring. Pictures, when we can get them, are something I hope to add a little of too.
