I have recently read about the use of mustard, I believe it is crushed mustard seed, on beef and pork for a blackened roast. (Posting later) There was more to the other recipes but on Ham with Brown sugar sounds really good. I guess you are using mustard like French's, for example. Thanks Seriouswriter Mustard.
